Negotiated $200K discount on theatrical lights and deep discounts on LG brand TVs for the arena.
Ensured all technology was evaluated holistically, removing redundancies and identifying scope gaps.
Wrote scope of work for NHL and NBA required cabling, facilitating procurement.
Advised on the innovative “Jewel Skin” Projection System, coordinating 12 projectors for advanced image mapping.
Collaborated on LED content strategy, establishing content distribution for LED video displays, 1,400 TVs, and the ice projection system.
Mapped out a comprehensive coaches’ video system with integrated content distribution framework.
Managed a custom suite application enabling control of video, audio, lighting, and HVAC systems.
