Responsibilities:
Served as Owner’s Representative for all technology systems, advising USC Athletics Department and LA Memorial Coliseum management team in collaboration with Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company
Evaluated original designs, identifying inefficiencies and system isolation challenges.
Provided guidance from a holistic, integrated system perspective.
Designed a 1080p video production room supporting multiple LED displays and over 600 TVs.
Specified and designed a ticketing and access control system, managing the bidding and procurement process.
Negotiated Verizon agreement for shared Distributed Antenna System (DAS) use, optimizing cellular coverage and capacity.
Supported the USC construction team as scope expanded, making key engineering decisions during the final four months of construction to minimize downtime and avoid delays awaiting consultant responses.
