Responsibilities:

• Served as Consultant of Record with the City of Oklahoma City for the new digital signage and IPTV system at Paycom Center, home of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

• Designed the system in collaboration with Guernsey Engineering, starting at the onset of COVID-19.

• Developed a new IPTV headend system, integrating 150 new TVs with existing displays and implementing a QAM system for select existing TVs.

• Replaced existing concourse TV video walls with LED displays.

• Ensured all systems were fully integrated with the existing video production room and LED display systems.

Impact:

• Delivered a modern, fully integrated digital signage and IPTV environment for Paycom Center.

• Enhanced fan experience through consistent, high-quality content across all displays.

• Maintained operational continuity while implementing major system upgrades during challenging COVID conditions.
