    • First-ever fully decentralized NHL Draft, with all 32 teams participating remotely from arenas, practice facilities, boardrooms, and other locations.

    • Central production hub at the Peacock Theater, connected in real-time to every team.

  • Responsibility:

    • Coordinated and managed all audio and video infrastructure between team sites and the central production.

    • Designed and executed a multi-phase testing and verification plan with each NHL club.

    • Worked directly with team technical personnel to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.

    • Oversaw the transport of video/audio feeds via BitFire Networks, including:

      • 32 draft room cameras

      • Two-way interviews for 32 teams

      • 14 Fan watch parties

      • Celebrity remote pick segments

  • Impact:

    • Delivered a seamless, league-wide broadcast experience for prospects, families, and fans.

    • Set a new standard for decentralized event execution in professional sports.
