• Project-managed the video broadcast system and all related broadcast cabling.

• Consulted on the appropriate video system for the school, correcting the original specifications by the consultant of record.

• Designed a custom system to align with the client’s workflow and operational needs.

• Commissioned systems to ensure full functionality and reliability.

• Provided strategic guidance on additional client needs, including:

  • Best practices for operators

  • Recommendations for theatrical lighting, personnel locations, and AV deployment to the General Contractor

• Acted as a trusted partner to the Athletics Department, Music Department, and General Contractor during the project and continued to provide support after completion.
